  i know many of the young seem to be on it, but i also know many of the old dubbers seem to distrust it and think it leads to bad outcomes.

  how many dubbers that are old that are dark on the web while their kids are all over it.

  In my hall they actually have wifi. They catch is that they have a net-nanny installed to keep everyone 'safe' from those horrible sites. I made the mistake once to ask the brothers how did they know a site was unsafe? Did they check it out first? Boy, the reaction I got from that LOL!

  i'm not surprised but i must admit to a little eye roll.... looking at some photos on my brother's facebook page, i stumbled on a picture of our mother.

  it took a few cycles thru the photos before i realized that mom has a jw pin on her top.. not surprising, but wanted to share.. we have not spoken in a long time.

  for a while she was calling me every couple of weeks from her cell phone in the morning.

  I don't know how old you are, Doctor, but from what I've seen, pretty JW girls outnumber marriageable guys 5 to 1. Now, emotional issues...well, that's another story!

  I am a 44 yo USA brother. Yeah, the sisters are there. It is actually pathetic. I have some brothers who, for the lack of a better word, pimp their 20 something daughters on me. "Oh brother so in so, my daughter is sooooo spiritual. She needs a nice spiritual man like yourself." Really?!?!?!?! Don't get me wrong, I truly believe this religion screws with the female psyche. More so than with men. That is why I am trying to get my baby sister free from this religion.

  A Question for Underground Apostates, How Many Are There?

  when i first came to this forum i was of the belief that those of us who were still in due to family reasons were few in numbers perhaps one in a thousand in the jws.

  soon i came to the realization that there were many more.

  we have dozens of posters here who are mentally out but still in.

  I am in but out. Still serving as a servant. I know at least 2 others in my congregation that are in the same boat. One is an elder. We like to throw each other a bone during our parts that can be taken 2 different ways. We look at each other when we do. He is stuck big time. Father is a "high" ranking elder in the circuit. Wife is a 3 gen anointed wackjob. I have a sister I am trying to wake up.
